Lai Wei
Wei Lai (Viola Wei), a student at Accademia di Belle Arti Frosinone in Italy. She has a clear life goal to be a great designer. After a few years of art training and Italian learning, now she achieves what she wishes to study abroad. When you are still in China, it's commonly believed that life abroad is relaxed and in freedom. But when she arrived in Italy, she found the contradiction is everywhere. After the different opinions from roommate, different lifestyle from Italian and undesirable living place, the safety issue becomes the major problem in her path of growth. In September 14th, the new policy allows Italy citizens to legally possess firearms to promote economic development. But under the background of European refugees, this policy increases the security risks. So she joined ISSEA in order to communicate with other international students who are in a similar situation and help each other because she understands how hard life could be for everyone who lives abroad.
